THE THIRD summer signing of the pre-season was confirmed this week as former Spey Valley and Clachnacuddin man Rory Patience, who has joined up with the club for the 2017-18 campaign.
Rory, 22, is a former Ross County youth player who has since played for Golspie, Clachnacuddin and most recently Inverness & District league Culbokie. Most notably he had his biggest success with Spey Valley United FC in the North Region Junior Leagues winning the First Division last season after having also played under the stewardship of current Saints boss Stuart Ross.
The manager was especially pleased to see Rory arrive at the club, having had him on the radar since last season.
Rory adds great versatiltity and many options for us. He can play anywhere across the back line and in the middle and has a great voice on and off the park. He is on the comeback trail following a nasty injury and we are confident that he will prove to be a great addition as the season goes on.
In other news, Louis Webster has left the club for pastures new. We wish Louis all the best with his next club.
