Street Stall fundraising a success

THE COMMITTEE of St Duthus FC have raised over £370 by holding a fundraising stall on Tain High Street, at the entrance to the Highland Council offices. The bake sale, made up of several contributions from supporters of the club, was accompanied by a raffle which was drawn at the end of the sale.

The winners of the raffle were as follows:

  • Bottle of wine - Christopher Bousfield
  • Bottle of Leibfraumilch - Mr Macgillivray
  • St Duthus FC sponge cake - Christine Finlayson
  • Bottle of Baileys - Susan Wilcox
  • Avon Watch - Emma Perks
  • Copy of Ross-shire Football's Forgotten Pioneers - Anonymous
  • Tartan Bag - Robert Chattan

The club wishes to extend its gratitude to everyone who bought a raffle ticket or bought items from the stall, and to those who donated their time and items for sale. Among those who contributed baking were Jean Jardine, Mairi Macrae, Sarah Finlayson, Linda McMillan, Lucy Veals, Mairi Macrae, Jeni, David & Emily Macdonald, Katie & Nikki Harkiss-Offin, Mandy McDermid, Caitlin Finlayson and Christine Finlayson.
