Date: Saturday, March 7th, 2020
Venue: Grant Park, Tain

Six weeks have passed since St. Duthus Football Club kicked a ball in anger and this weekend they get back to it with a home game against Orkney to get their teeth into. It shall be the first time the Island side have visited Tain since St. Duthus moved up to Grant Park.
St. Duthus are yet to record a home win over Orkney. All games between the clubs have been close affairs, but to date every point that St. Duthus have won against the Islanders has come in Orkney itself. They will be looking first and foremost to change that on Saturday - with the aim of winning all three points to keep the pressure on first placed Invergordon, who themselves have a big game against Golspie.
There is, also, the added incentive of putting right the wrongs from earlier in the season, when Saints fell to Orkney in the final of the Jock Mackay Cup, a match which shall still be fresh in the minds of most of the squad involved.
The Tain side shall tackle the game without their talismanic midfielder Jon Campbell who misses out due to suspension, joining Scott Miller and Ross Tokely who are also unavailable. They can, however, look forward to welcoming back key players John Allan, Liam Rostock and Finn As-Chainey. Also available for selection is Rory Patience who is set to be involved for the first time in over 18 months, having recovered from a long term injury.
Team manager Stuart Ross is just glad to see his side get playing again.
"This game has been a long time coming, the boys are gagging for a game. The games are always good against Orkney as both teams like to play the ball on the deck. We're very much looking forward to this one."
Charlie Alway's Orcadians will be looking to this game as a must-win if they want to have any hope of keeping their title hopes alive.
The game kicks off at the earlier time of 12.45pm on Saturday.
