Donation of defibrillator from Keiran's Legacy

Following our recent campaign to raise funds to buy a defibrillator, we were absolutely delighted to become the receipients of a donation from charity Keiran's Legacy, who kindly offered to provide this essential life saving equipment to our club.

Club chairman Niall Harkiss said,

"We feel very privileged to have been chosen by Keiran's Legacy to receive this defibrillator, which shall be available to all of our teams representing our youth and senior age groups, and will be available to the wider community also. The funds we have raised from our JustGiving page will now be donated to Keiran's Legacy in recognition of the very kind gesture they made - without hesitation - when our need for this equipment was brought to their attention. We are so grateful to them for the work they are doing."

Keiran's Legacy is a Scottish Charity regulated by OSCR and was formulated after Keiran, the only son of the charity's founders Sandra and Gordon McKandie, was involved in an accident on his bike on the 20th March 2016, before he sadly passed away. Since then, they have made it their mission to raise funds and awareness to help provide life saving equipment across to organisations across the North East of Scotland.
